Is a waist trainer safe to wear during a fitness workout?

I see many people wear the standard waist trainer during the fitness workout. How safe is it to wear a waist trainer during a workout?
Personally, I love waist trainers. If you know me too well, you will discover that for about 60-70% of my outfit, I always wear a waist trainer, corset or waist wrap because it helps me achieve a slimmer look on my waistline.
What is Waist Trainer

A waist trainer is a primary way of training the lower section of your body, such as the waist, to look slimmer, giving you the shape of an hourglass. However, the waist trainer can not provide lasting weight loss around the waistline.
It only does a temporary job of flattening your waist. Note it will not eradicate belly fat.
Is a waist trainer safe to wear during fitness workouts?
There are different types of waist trainers. They are the regular waist trainer and the fitness waist trainer. The standard waist trainer can help provide a quick slimmer look when worn appropriately. However, they are not designed for fitness workouts.
This waist training belt can give or produce great results when you wear it consistently, but it is naturally not built for the workout.
You can wear the waist trainer for workouts, but it is uncomfortable.
Here are why it is not appropriate to wear the regular waist trainer for a workout.
If you are doing some weight lifting, you want to be mindful to ensure that your body is well-balanced and supported, which the standard or traditional waist trainer does not provide. However, it is not recommended for high-intensity workouts such as cardio, yoga, abdominal crunches, high lifting exercise etc.
- It lacks flexibility
- It lacks the strong bones needed to support you back at the gym, especially when doing a high-intensity workout.
- It lacks the comforts required for exercise.
- It cannot easily be adjusted because of the hook restriction
- It can be dangerous when doing abdominal crunches
The best option for the waist trainer to workout

The fitness waist trainer is specially designed for a workout.
- It is flexible
- It has no front-line hook
- It is made with Velcro
- It helps to support your midsection while working out.
- It is comfortable
I recommend the fitness waist training belt for a safe workout.
