“We believe in giving you complete control over your outfit. While we accept fabrics, not all are suitable for custom designs. For basic styles, we can work with your provided fabric. However, for more intricate designs, like sophisticated hand-beaded lace, we can help you source suitable materials. We have a network of vendors to accommodate different budgets and preferences. Before proceeding with fabric purchases, we always consult with you, ensuring transparency at every step.”
Payment and Process
To kickstart the creative process, they usually require a down payment of 50% to 70%, depending on the fabric cost and project complexity. Once everything is in place, the production timeline typically ranges from two to three weeks, excluding fabric sourcing. “We advise our clients to begin fabric sourcing early to allow for any unforeseen delays or choices.”
Quality Assurance
“We take pride in our work and stand by it. We are responsible for any errors caused by us, and we will rectify them accordingly. However, it’s important to note that custom-made outfits are considered final sales.
